Lianne Arends
Researcher, Author & Narrative Strategist

Narrative = Power
Who controls the story, controls reality.
The art of story telling is ancient. As humans, we are encoded to use story in our lives. Our stories create our laws, cultures, religions, identies and our memories. Stories are operating, invisibly, in every room you walk into today.
I spent twelve years excavating our most ancient stories on Earth.
That research became a Fiction Series called GODYSSEY.
Are you now ready to write your own story?
Work With Me

Mythical Me
Every woman lives a story she didn't write, yet it shapes what she believes is possible, and what isn't. Are you ready to rewrite your story?
Together, we will identify the story you have been living.
We work with oldest feminine archetypes in human history and the most ancient stories.
Then we author your new story. The story of who you are becoming.

A guided journey for women who are ready to write their own story.
The Godyssey Fiction Series
The GODYSSEY
The Godyssey is the story of Naran Stalwart, a young biochemist who discovers that the ancient world did not end. Instead, it went underground, encoding itself into language, religion, and a secret bloodline.
The series operates on multiple levels simultaneously. At its surface it is a thrilling story about a woman reclaiming sovereignty over her own life. Beneath that surface lies a story about the erasure of divine feminine power across five thousand years of recorded history, making this a rigorously researched historical fiction spanning from Mesopotamian antiquity to the present day, weaving Gnostic, Egyptian, and Kabbalistic mythology into Naran's unfolding journey.

Who is Lianne?
I am an independant researcher, a writer, and someone who has spent twelve years excavating ancient narratives that shaped civilization, and that still deeply influence us today.
My background is in European policy and international affairs. I studied at the University of Amsterdam, the Sorbonne, and Boston College.
I've worked at the Dutch Embassy in Bogotá, with entrepreneurship in emerging markets in Latin America, Asia and Africa, and as Director of Marketing in Silicon Valley.
Until...
I went looking for answers on the questions:
Why are the same voices suppressed in every tradition?
Why do women consistently describe the same quiet sense of operating inside a story that wasn't written for them?
I looked into ancient Mesopotamian myths, the Hebrew and Kabbalistic tradition, Ancient Egyptian stories, Gnostic cosmology, and feminine mythological lineages.
That research became The Godyssey fiction series.
And it became Mythical Me: a journey for women ready to write their own story.
